Update to the Eye Surgery post

Well, I was finally able to get the VHS tape converted to DVD thanks to Mark and David. (Thanks a ton, guys!) Anyway, it took some more finagling to get it ripped onto the computer in a format that would allow some basic editing so it wasn't so long and boring. Then I had to convert it again to a format that would allow me to upload it to YouTube. Anyway, it's done. I hope you guys all find it interesting.
